Mothers Day 2019

A low key Mothers Day here this year, hubby away and me not feeling very flash at the moment with back pain...  For Mother's Day, Ethan gave me just want I asked for, a lovely soft cuddly throw and new book 💗

Ethan an I got up early and had breakfast at Vic Park Garden markets, it was a very small market, but a lovely morning.  I added to my indoor plant collection with an African Violet... I've not seen one for years!!

So I brought Mum and myself one... 

            

Not sure it shows up in the photo, but the flowers actually sparkle in the sun! 

I made a cake and had a simple morning tea with Mum.  Orange & Poppy seed with a citrus cream cheese frosting.
